Construction of a fish passage using pre-dams and rehabilitation of the existing weir, which is to be preserved.

The preparatory work involved selectively felling trees by hand and stacking the timber in cubic yards for delivery to the Peureux Distillery, followed by the chipping and removal of the branches.

The Haute-Saône Fishing Federation conducted a rescue fishing operation prior to the installation of a cofferdam and a motor pump system to drain the construction site.

We then constructed the fish passage, filling its basins with alluvial material to a specified depth to ensure the passage functioned properly and to allow fish to move freely.

The restoration of the existing weir required filling in the breach on the right bank, raising the crest of the structure to the proper level, and creating an anchorage pit. A watering trough with riprap and a wooden fence was installed for livestock.
